あ〇��大辞典の納豆ダイエットに騙されてぃた大山デス★

さて、��ヶ月程前に私がダイエットのblogを書いたのを覚えてぃるでしょうか？結果を発表すると言っていましたが…怖くてズットこの話題にゎ触れられませんでした。とゆうか、もぅなかったコトにしたぃです。
しかし、ネタが無かったので今回発表デス(≧∀≦;)>〃ダハハ♪

楽して痩せようとしたのが間違いでした。そして自分に甘いのも間違いでした。
でもこの去年の結果から学んだコトを今年ゎ生かしたいと思ぃますょ(*`0ω0)☆+'
こんな私事の話しですみません・・・(бдб;)ゞ


まぁ〜社会人もぅすぐ��年目の大山の目標ゎ『自分に厳しく、他人に甘く』に決定したので頑張りマス！毎年目標を見つけて、忘れずにそれに向かって頑張るコトって大切なんですね☆☆☆
みなさんも目標に向かって頑張ってくださぃね(●*б∀<☆b)b〃
