１００歳まで… 早乙女雅彦
栃木県・宇都宮市・栃木市の歯医者 歯周病とインプラント専門の早乙女歯科医院の早乙女雅彦です。当院では毎朝始業前のミーティング時に社団法人倫理研究所が出版している「職場の教養」という小冊子を輪読しています。
この本は毎日1ページずつ、生活をする上で、仕事をする上で、大切な心がけについて色々なテーマで書かれています。
毎朝読んでいるのですがなるほどと感心させられ、沢山の気づきを与えてくれます。10月13日（金）のタイトルは「100歳まで」というものでした。内容をご紹介しますと…
『英国の専門誌「ニュー・サイエンティスト」に、“こうすれば１００歳まで生きられる”という記事が掲載されました。50年近い研究の集大成として、長寿の秘訣をまとめたもので、�‘任盪箸い茲Α４躙韻塙佑┐蕕譴�ちなエックス線、アルコール、日照をうまく使えば、15年まで寿命を延ばせる。��安定した精神状態。楽しい家庭は長寿の泉で、結婚すると男性は7年、女性は2年長生きできる。�Ｄ浩犬�の環境や場所。その代表例は沖縄。大半の先進国では、100歳以上の割合は10万人に10人程度なのに、沖縄では、33.6人。�づ�度の睡眠とワイン、チョコレート。�デ召鮴笋┐再�かせる。��治療より予防を第一に。�О綽�同源、食べ物に注意。�┳擇靴い海箸房茲蠢箸燹���新技術に親しむ。��笑って幸せを呼び込む、の１０項目からなっています。』
というものです。僕も今年50才になり、この先生きられるのも20年か30年かなと時々考えることもありますが、だんだん年を重ねると長生きしたいという思いが少しずつ強くなります。
この「100歳まで」を読んで、自分自身の生活を考えてみると、適度なエックス線を浴びていそうだし、アルコールはワインがいいのか、チョコレートは大好きで、毎日の仕事は辛いこともあるけれど、けっこう好きで自分のやりたいことを楽しんでやっているのかもしれない、少しは新しい技術にも取り組んでいるし、そして結婚して家庭もあるし、老後は笑って沖縄で暮らしたいなと考えていて……と、けっこうこの10項目僕としては良いところまでいっているのかなと勝手に解釈して少し嬉しい気分になりました。
100歳までとはいかなくても90歳くらいまで生きられればあと40年やりたいことがけっこうできるかな、と。
ただし健康でいられればと考えると、真面目に毎日の生活をチェックして都合のいい解釈でなく、きちんとした生活をしようという気づきも与えていただきました。
