初BLOG！　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　栃木由美

栃木県の歯医者、インプラントと歯周病専門の早乙女歯科医院の新人アシスタントの栃木由美です。

みなさん、はじめましてm(__)m、私は先週からこちらの歯科医院で勤めさせていただいてます。“新人”と言ってもアシスタントとしていくつかの歯科医院を経て7年くらいの経験がありますが(;^_^）

恥ずかしながら私がこの歯科医院を知ったのはハローワークの求人でした。面接前に初めてこの医院のホームページを開き、立派な建物そして院長・スタッフ紹介、充実した歯科治療をしていることを知り、また知り合いの友人から評判がいいことを聞かされました。そして面接当日、実際に目にしたものは本当に素晴らしかったです！院内は清潔感があって、顔をあわせたスタッフのみなさんも笑顔で挨拶してくれて、私の緊張をほぐしてくれました(^-^)そのおかげか、院長先生との面接もリラックスできた？！と思います。

それから採用が決定したときは凄く嬉しくて、ここでなら自分がもっと成長できるかもしれないという期待感でいっぱいでした。
しかし経験があった私も実際に始まってみると今までの環境とガラッと変わったこの医院でのシステムに驚きと初めてがいっぱいで、少々？！いや、かなりパニック(*_*)状態になり不安が、、、でも院長先生をはじめ勤務医の先生方、スタッフのみなさんがとても優しく指導して助けてくださるので“少しずつでもいいから前向きに頑張らねばっ！”という気持ちが自然とでてきて、今は少し落ち着きを取り戻して日々頑張ってますo(^-^)o

一人前になるにはまだまだ時間はかかりそうですが、とにかく今はこの医院のシステムを理解し、患者さんの顔を覚えることから努力していきますのでよろしくお願いします！

5 はじめまして。
こちらのblogを拝見するようになって、まだ日が浅いのですが、
皆さんの書かれてる内容を見ているだけでも、
暖かな雰囲気が伝わってきます。
実際に勤務なさるのなら、尚更でしょうね。
